Terms of Service for Larson Aeromedical Services

Purpose: To govern the use of Larson Aeromedical Services’ website and medical examination services.

Policy:

  1. Acceptance:

    • Booking an appointment or using our website constitutes agreement to these terms.

    • Do not use our services if you disagree.

  2. Eligibility:

    • Services are for pilots requiring FAA Class 1, 2, or 3 medical certifications, per 14 CFR Part 67.

    • You must provide accurate medical history and valid FAA MedXPress confirmation number.

  3. Service Scope:

    • We provide FAA medical examinations, including required screenings (e.g., vision, hearing, cardiovascular).

    • We do not guarantee certification, as outcomes depend on FAA standards and your health.

  4. User Responsibilities:

    • Provide truthful, complete information during examinations and in MedXPress submissions.

    • Arrive on time with required documents (e.g., ID, MedXPress number).

    • Comply with FAA regulations and our office policies.

  5. Liability:

    • Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for certification denials or health outcomes beyond our control.

    • Liability is limited to the appointment fee paid.

    • We are not responsible for errors in FAA MedXPress submissions made by you.

  6. Intellectual Property:

    • Website content (e.g., text, logos) is owned by Larson Aeromedical Services.

    • No reproduction without written permission.

  7. Governing Law:

    • Terms are governed by Washington state law for Kent appointments and Oregon state law for Salem appointments.

    • Disputes are resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction through mediation services.

  8. Termination:

    • We may refuse service for non-compliance (e.g., falsified information, disruptive behavior).

    • You may cancel per the Cancellation Policy.
